"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"This resort is top notch. The amenities and property were kept at tip top shape. The view from the pool, bar and restaurant were amazing. Very quiet and felt like you were there on your own. The staff were available to accommodate your every need. I would highly recommend this property. "
