Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"Aethos Sardinia is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are impeccably maintained, with stunning views throughout the property that make it feel like a true escape. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The only downside to our stay was the food and beverage offering. While it’s understandable to pay a premium for convenience, the menu was quite limited and the pricing felt unreasonably high for what was offered. Although it’s possible to walk into...
