"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"On the website it said that the private beach was open starting May (no specified date) but we found out when we got here that it doesn’t open until after we leave (May 22). This was a major factor when we chose to book. We did go on a boat excursion and to a different beach the last two days there, so this closure was not solely based on weather. Very big let down. Highlight of our stay was everyone on the hotel staff who greeted us warmly upon arrival and were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout. They also generously gave us a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine. The pool, fitness center, and breakfast area were amenities we enjoyed. Our room was spacious and clean and comfortable. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for the memorable stay. "
