The location was just perfect to access many beaches as well as the Black Point market. "My family and I had a wonderful vacation at East Lyme/Niantic.Home, beds etc, were very comfortable, and everything was immaculate and in working order.We really appreciated that bikes, kayaks, life jackets, beach umbrella and chairs were provided. Only thing missing -- a corkscrew! but I was able to borrow one from a neighbor.All in all, we loved it!"

"Location was rated a 10. Communication with Peter was also great. Although the beach across the street was so close to the house, we preferred walking the small distance to the larger beach that was adjacent to Rocky Beach. Since my stay included having my young grandchildren with me it was convenient for us to take walks on the boardwalk at the state beach without worrying about traffic. House was clean and included all the necessities. I would recommend future renters to bring their own bed linens since you are required the morning of your departure to wash, dry and put away the linens. Great restaurants nearby and many local attractions to visit on non beach days. If your stay includes children you should definitely go to the Niantic Children’s Museum."

"My family and I had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and kid friendly for our four children. My daughters especially loved the collection of books and card games that were provided. John was a very responsive host and helped us with any questions that we had. We loved the two minute walk to the playground and short drive to the beach. We also enjoyed the drive into Niantic and checking out the boardwalk and local stores and restaurants. We had a fantastic week and would definitely book again!"
