"The house is so beautiful and decorated wonderfully. Beds were vety comfortable and such bug fluffy towels. , it is walkable to the beach and boatdwalk but we were there in February so we couldn’t see it. The fenced in backyard wpuld be great for little ones or a doggie. The kitchen is wonderful and fully stocked. . We hope to return to the area in the summer"

"Bill is a great host. He checked in with us to make sure everything was good, and then left us to our own devices. The house itself was great. It was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious. The driveway is wide and fits 4 cars. It was too cold to go to the beach, but we took the short walk down to see the water. Again, we were there in the off-season, but it was very peaceful. There's a super cute deck off the back of the house which would be great in warmer weather. Truthfully, I have no complaints about Bill's house and would definitely rent again if I'm ever back in the area. "

"The host provided timely information and was responsive to an inquiry upon arriving. The boathouse was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was regulating the heat. The kitchen was well supplied and organized. The bathroom is quite small, especially the shower, but it is sufficient for average sized people. The location is wonderful, very convenient for spending time in Niantic. Overall, it was a very nice stay. "

"Our experience at this impressive property was exceptional, from start to finish. The host (Utopia Property Management) was responsive to all of questions and requests. We had booked an extended stay during the holidays so inclement weather was a possibility. A snow shovel and ice melt was provided on day of arrival. The Keurig machine stopped working after a couple of days and a brand new one was delivered by the friendly maintenance staff within two hours! Alex also arrived with a plow on the day it snowed 8 inches! At the end of our stay the host kindly offered a late check out which allowed us to gather our belongings at a more relaxed pace. Believe me, it was difficult to leave! The beachfront house provided us with ocean views from nearly every room, and with weather changing by the hour, it was quite a spectacular place to spend the holiday. The spacious gathering places were the perfect backdrop to our family celebrations. On the snow day we were joined by our young grandchildren and we were able to walk to the hill at McCook's Point Beach for sledding! They were thrilled! Our very special family and friends gatherings will certainly become part of our forever memory books. "
