"It was a great place to stay with my family, was verry clean,loved it had two bathrooms, plenty of room to just lounge around, kitchen was well equipped, not that we did a lot of cooking but you could have,close to downtown and host were verry responsive, and you could tell they took pride in the house and wanted there gest to have a great time while there,o and loved that this was a old farm house,the carm it had was amazing"

"House and location were prefect for my family. 6 adults and 5 and 8 year old children. I brought an inflatable floating dock and that was key for the beach area. The property was just as described. Quick walk to Main St,, great park with playground right around the corner, plus live music in the park Saturday night. Will definitely be going back."

"What a wonderful home in a great community. We enjoyed short walks to both nearby beaches. Concerts on the beach. Ice cream. A few visits to the fun Niantic Children’s museum. Met very nice locals at the beach and on walks. I can see why people like to live here. Great meals at 374 and Fat Tuba. And awesome lunch at the Mexican. Fun farmers market. Hotness very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay in this great place. Really loved that it is not as crowded as the cape which is ridiculous. Left the book barn with loads of books. It was a great week on a spacious home that met all our needs. Thank you."

"Perfect place for relaxation! You cannot beat the views from this home! The sound of the waves lapping the shore is right outside your windows and doors. The house is well maintained and super clean and comfortable. It's located close to the cute town of Niantic with great restaurants and the boardwalk. It was the perfect house to enjoy some relaxing family time with my adult children. I highly recommend this one!"
