"I loved this home. We stayed in the middle of some frigid temperatures so we weren’t able to use the hot tub, but the house was so warm and the hot water never failed. I have stayed at some really nice placed, but this was on another level. The kitchen actually had plenty of cookware. The silverware was a full set. Every drawer and cabinet had a label. There was a new kitchen sponge. There were extra paper towels. After traveling most of the day, I appreciated that I didn’t have to run back out for supplies. There were plenty of trash bags - not just one or two. The bathrooms had all of the amenities. The towels were hotel quality. There was an attention to detail to maximize the space in an historic home. There were HUNDREDS of books to read. There were cozy spaces for reading and relaxing. There were multiple smart tvs with access to atleast ten (10) streaming services. It looked like it was located near some fabulous shopping and food. We just had arctic temperatures and could not walk around. The host really wants guests to have a positive experience and not just have a place to stay. "

"Our experience at this impressive property was exceptional, from start to finish. The host (Utopia Property Management) was responsive to all of questions and requests. We had booked an extended stay during the holidays so inclement weather was a possibility. A snow shovel and ice melt was provided on day of arrival. The Keurig machine stopped working after a couple of days and a brand new one was delivered by the friendly maintenance staff within two hours! Alex also arrived with a plow on the day it snowed 8 inches! At the end of our stay the host kindly offered a late check out which allowed us to gather our belongings at a more relaxed pace. Believe me, it was difficult to leave! The beachfront house provided us with ocean views from nearly every room, and with weather changing by the hour, it was quite a spectacular place to spend the holiday. The spacious gathering places were the perfect backdrop to our family celebrations. On the snow day we were joined by our young grandchildren and we were able to walk to the hill at McCook's Point Beach for sledding! They were thrilled! Our very special family and friends gatherings will certainly become part of our forever memory books. "

"Liz’s house is absolutely amazing!! The views of the marsh and sound are absolutely beautiful! The house is spacious, well-appointed and fully stocked! Besides the house being so amazing the host Liz was outstanding! She literally saved our Christmas holiday by being so flexible and accommodating after our originally booked rental fell through at the last moment. I would highly recommend Liz’s place to anyone and everyone! "

He takes pride in his property making an impressive effort to decorate the inside and outside for the holidays. We were welcomed with some treats for the humans and our two hound dogs!"
