"We had an amazing time, the beach, the view, the house. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed to cook and do laundry. I always dreamed of renting a home ON the beach in the town I grew up in and it was a dream. My in-laws stayed and I had my 2 kids and husband and there was enough space for all 6 of us. The kids loved the beach and float and the in-laws loved the neighborhood and closeness to Niantic and Mystic restaurants. We hope we can come every summer. Alex and Lisa made it simple and easy and communicated amazingly. Cannot recommend enough!"
"BEAUTIFUL!!! This little cottage is perfect. My boyfriend and I stayed for a two night trip. The place is so spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you might need! We enjoyed the living room space to wind down at the end of the day & pop the tv on. The walk to the beach is so quick & it’s amazing once you get there. Jay and Lisa kept us up to date and gave us all the information we needed. I can be nit picky about rentals sometimes, but this cottage was hands down the best, no issues. Definitely hoping to come back again! "

"The home is decorated nicely and is impeccably clean. It was perfect size for just the two of us but four would be comfortable as well. There are bunk beds in one room and a Queen in the other, nice comfortable pillows and blankets, & the couch is cozy and comfortable! It was nice to have the apps preloaded and signed on already on the TV. It is within walking distance to the downtown area, Niantic Boardwalk, and we enjoyed a hike on the nature trail across the street. A few minutes ride to Stop & Shop, as well as several nice restaurants. There is a gas station right across the street as well. We enjoyed breakfast at “The Shack” and purchased some fresh seafood at the “Flanders Fish Market”. The only thing I would suggest is to put a table lamp and some TV trays in the living area. Hard to hold a drink while sitting in the couch with nowhere to put it down, I was worried I would spill it so that took away from the comfort a little but not enough to effect my coming again! Next time I’d bring my lap tray. It was also hard to read a book on the couch at night with the lighting arrangement as the stairway light doesn’t provide bright enough light to read on the couch at night. A few more dish towels would have come in handy, there was one. There was plenty of bath towels and a few washcloths. Overall a very nice stay and I would visit again with a few minor things I’d bring to make the stay perfect! "
