"Beautiful from the outside with a wonderful location next to great places to eat. Personnel very friendly and helpful. The room was large but dated. The bed comfortable. Clean room. Coffee machine worked very well and appreciated. The soap dispensers contained very thin cheap soap. First time I wished I had brought my own."

"The cottage was very adequate and cute. It was decorated very nicely. The beach parking pass was a plus. Also, the Welcome binder with info. The kitchen was nicely supplied. The frozen Kisses were a nice touch (note: the bag is almost empty). We would stay again if needed. Thanks!!!"

"What a wonderful home in a great community. We enjoyed short walks to both nearby beaches. Concerts on the beach. Ice cream. A few visits to the fun Niantic Children’s museum. Met very nice locals at the beach and on walks. I can see why people like to live here. Great meals at 374 and Fat Tuba. And awesome lunch at the Mexican. Fun farmers market. Hotness very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay in this great place. Really loved that it is not as crowded as the cape which is ridiculous. Left the book barn with loads of books. It was a great week on a spacious home that met all our needs. Thank you."

"Perfect place for relaxation! You cannot beat the views from this home! The sound of the waves lapping the shore is right outside your windows and doors. The house is well maintained and super clean and comfortable. It's located close to the cute town of Niantic with great restaurants and the boardwalk. It was the perfect house to enjoy some relaxing family time with my adult children. I highly recommend this one!"

"My opinion is that house is even better than the pictures. Our 3-generation family loved it and the small beaches that are nearby, as well as the General Store and morning walks in the neighborhood. This house has plenty of room and a perfect layout to spend time together, but also recharge away from the rest of the family. The living room, kitchen, dining room and deck all have space for everyone. The office area/game area was used for video games and also for some remote work, and functions well for both purposes. The entire house including the kitchen was very clean (even the stove and inside the toaster and microwave!) and stocked better than any other vacation rental we've stayed at. The bedroom/bathroom layout allows almost all bedrooms to have their own bathrooms (other than twin bedrooms that share a bath), and the bedrooms are spaced out so noise/tv/music from one bedroom won't bother others sleeping. The arrival process was very smooth, along with occasional check-ins to see if anything was needed. Thank-you for sharing your home with us!"
