"check in was quick, host was friendly, establishment was clean throughout, spacious room. busy area, but no outside noise whatsoever. the only negative was that the cookies tasted and had texture of being old - kinda hard & crunchy, vs the typical warm and softish. otherwise, great place!"

"I was sent a text message saying that I should go out door 505 and wait on island 3. I did that and after forty minutes and no van I call the hotel. They said to look for a van that had Springfield on it. I waited on island 3 another 20 minutes and nothing. I finally walked through the airport and went out to island 3 near door 512. after about 15 minutes a black van drove up and I saw the word Springfield. I asked the driver if he went to the Baymont. He said he did and took me there. All in all I waited (wasted time) over 1.25 hours. This was not the drivers fault or that of the lady that checked me in. I also was not the only one this happened to as I talked to several other dissatified people who complained that they were given the wrong instructions. So no, I am not happy with the Baymont. I should have stayed at a different hotel and will consider that in the future."

"The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful, they also made sure that we were aware of all the amenities, breakfast was good, apple juice and coffee were great. The parking lot were well light, handicapped accessible and well maintained"

"The Bad: 1) The front desk staff (and management) needs to be educated to improve communication about the “hotel shuttle to the airport”. I called the front desk twice about the shuttle. First time was about when it leaves (every 30 minutes starting at 3:30am), and the other was if it arrives or leaves at that 30 minute mark. Unfortunately, during neither call did they mention that reservations are required as when I went downstairs at 5:50am, they notified me (and another unsuspecting guest) that the 6am, 6:30am, and 7am shuttles were already reserved full. “WHAT” I said. I called twice and no one ever mentioned that reservations were required. In any event, I paid $20 and got a Lyft ride in 2 minutes. I recommend the front desk notify guests on check in and when inquiries are made on the phone about the shuttle. In addition, management should make a little placard that sits next to everyone’s room phone that says “shuttle reservations are required”. Maybe also one that says your “room is cleaned every 3 days” unless you call desk and make other arrangements. 2) The shower door handle falls off, and apparently housekeeping does not appear to care. 3) The hair dryer tends to shutoff during use. 4) loud air conditioner unit The Good: 1) the size of room, 2) the size of shower, 3) full kitchen amenities 4) The windows open for cool air, allowing you to shut off loud air conditioner unit"
