"What a beautiful place this is. We experienced all 4 seasons during our week. From warm and sunny to spectacular views of snow on the peaks. Every day we were treated to a beautiful sunset and/or sunrise. If you want a place to get away, this is it. Deadwood/Lead are close enough if you need to get to town. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and great communication with the Host."

"This was a wonderful cabin in a great location. Traffic on our road was minimal, and the stream beside the place was lovely. After being out and about all day every day, it was really nice to come back to the cabin, fix some dinner, and sit outside by the fire pit until well after dark. If we are ever back in the area, we won’t hesitate to stay there again!"

"Our group consisted of two adult couples from Aberdeen SD along with five collegiate International Exchange Students from South Korea. We all loved the rural setting, the kids loved being able to walk out the front door and see the stars in the sky, and we also loved the short and easy drive into Hill City for supplies. Everyone we met in Hill City were extremely friendly, and we also enjoyed being able to hang out together and play games and have snacks and beverages. So much more convenient...

"I wanted to take my Dad and my kids on a truly authentic black hills road trip from MN and this was the perfect spot to stay in between the Northern and Southern hills. We were a half hour drive from Lead, Deadwood, Spearfish etc and an hour to drive to Custer. Carol and Linda's cabin was very comfortable, clean and warm to return to each day and they were very gracious and helpful hosts. Also, the little Mercantile store in Nemo was a great spot to stop to eat at the end of a long day before...
