Lazy guests that throw their trash on the ground and don't clean up after themselves if they spill something in the stairwell or their pets pee in the stairwell or elevator. Why be a pet owner if you can't clean up after them in the place that you're staying? "

"The room looked clean, the shower and hot tub both got hot quickly and had good pressure. The tub takes time to fill up because of how big it is, but it’s the best one I’ve experienced so far. I do wish they had better towels though. "
