"Staff were friendly and helpful. While the hotel was generally clean, it needed some freshening up. With that being said, it was a perfect "close to the airport" and the city hotel. The free airport shuttle was so helpful! I had to leave for the airport at 4am and the driver was in the lobby waiting for me when I came down. I only stayed one night and left too early to get breakfast. However, the breakfast area looked wonderful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Property was fine. I purchased a room for my son and they charged him $105 a few days later. Tried calling and no one answered. I emailed the manager twice with no response. "

"Overall, it was an okay stay. Friday night to Sunday morning. Breakfast was alright, if you like the frozen stuff that thaws out in those metal trays. The waffle area was a mess, but breakfast was fine overall. The pool and hot tub were functional. There was A LOT of loose hair and floating specs of God-knows-what in the pool. The beds were not very comfortable, and the pillows were very flat. There were some stains on the baseboards that looked like vomit that had crusted over. There were small copper-colored stains on some towels and bed sheets. It wasn't a terrible stay, but there were a lot of small things that my attention to detail caught. The staff was very helpful and accommodating."

"Room had a slight “Smokey” smell to it. The staff was absolutely amazing and so very helpful. The breakfast had quite a few hot options but not many cold options or child friendly. The pool area is why we come BUT it needed to be cleaned! I picked up and threw away a couple bandaids and there was quite a bit of hair all over on the edges of pools….its a shame that the people who the bandaids came off of don’t take care of them or also the hair….but staff should clean up that stuff as well as they see it. The pool water I felt needs to be slightly warmer cuz wow it was pretty cold and took a bit to get used to. So many ppl were sitting in hot tub for that reason. I don’t let my younger kids sit in hot tub- only dip their feet. "

"Great place to stay with a bit of luxury like Nespresso coffee in the room and a wonderful breakfast served in the downstairs restaurant. "

"Very clean hotel, staff nice, only issues were the shower was luke warm and our room door handle was wonky...still they offered us another room but we made due with the hot tub which was hot in our room and slamming the door locked it. Would continue staying there for every GR concert we attend."
