Friendly and helpful staff. They accommodated my request to switch rooms to a quieter location, but did not inform us that the room would be downgraded. I paid for a king suite and did not get it, so that was disappointing. Overall good experience. The bathroom could use some attention, there was stuff splattered on the walls, fingernail clippings behind the door and no hot water.
