"Not clean , very unsafe "

"Perfect location. I didn’t realize it was a bed and breakfast and turned out a great experience. I enjoyed the modern angels of the place and fabulous art. I love eclectic and it was a great experience. The owners and hosts were wonderful and very knowledgeable of Houston and were quick with getting current information of the area. "

"They didn’t mention that housekeeping was every other day or needed to be requested at time of checking. After my first night, I requested for my room to be clean the next day. I guess they missed my request so I tried again the following morning, at the front desk. Once again my request was not addressed and ended up staying 3 nights without any housekeeping. It might be optional and not included in the price, not sure. It a shame as I like that hotel and 8’ve stayed there many times."

"Good stay"

"I was given the wrong room. The hotel staff blamed it on Expedia. I paid for a suite with a King bed and was put in a regular King bad room. They were booked so they did not accommodate me. On top of that the room given was by an active train and the freeway so it was very noisy during the day and night. We didn’t get much sleep at all. "

"Great stay. Beautiful house, tons of space, and yes, it’s a 4 storey, so lots of stairs. The elevator was a big help for getting bags up and down, especially with a group.The rooftop patio was excellent for hanging out. We stayed here with a work group of seven and it worked really well for that.Parking was solid. Garage plus driveway easily fit two vehicles. If you have a larger SUV like a Suburban, it may hang over the sidewalk a bit. We had a Porsche Panamera and it was tight, but doable."
