"Very nice"

"Hotel is super outdated. The beds are probably 20 years old because all the springs are broken and you roll to the middle of the bed and wake up with back pains. The mattresses are dirty and the sheets detach all night. I say mattresses because I changed rooms in hope of a better mattress and pet odors but had the same issue. Staff was great with the circumstances and no control of rooms. The gift shop was over priced with items no one would ever need from another country. Unfortunately I would never recommend this location."

"Room was fine. Just every morning at breakfast their landscaper was using a gas blower that ruined the whole experience. Very loud. No common sense to not have that done or switch to electric so there is no noise. Also area is not walkable to any restaurants. Sorta in a bad spot. "

"The room and hallways were very clean. The ac worked great. The only real issue was the elevator was broken. I am here for treatments and stayed in the second floor so it was not terrible, but if I had been any higher, it would be an issue. "

"Did not have room that I reserved - at check in and didn’t apologize. Hot and cold water in sink is reversed. They will not give you coffee pods at front desk - you must call from room and wait 3 hours. Housekeeping is not done ever if you don’t ask and they don’t tell you this at check in. Guest laundry is one washer and dryer but the washer is ‘out of order’ "

"We arrived really early and since our room was ready, they were nice enough to check us in and they gave us a king room instead of a queen!! Owner is extremely nice!! The breakfast was pretty good. Cook to order eggs. The first day the cook didn’t even check to see if I wanted any and she was rude to my daughter by saying “move” when my daughter was standing in her way. The cook wasn’t a very pleasant person. The half and half was spoiled. When things on the table ran out, they weren’t replenished. The room and property could definitely use some updating, but everything was very clean. I got some good sleep in the bed, so it was comfortable. "

"No water! Had to check out and into a nearby hotel at 9 am and was late to my meeting. Building parking lot looks like a prison. The rooms and building is outdated. Not ever coming back and suggest you look elsewhere. "
