"The room was extremely noisy, impossible to sleep. Room 238, there were machines outside the window, I actually thought the window was open. Perhaps rooms on higher levels are better. Certainly disappointing to not be able to get a much needed sleep"

"I appreciate the upgrade I was given, but the floors in room 3103 were in horrible condition visually with big gaps between planks and chunks out of the flooring. 5 minutes in the room and my brand new white socks were absolutely filthy. Bath towels felt like sandpaper, beds had no fitted sheets which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Room was freezing cold despite cranking the heat up to 76° "

We were an entourage of seniors travelling with a cat. In addition a member of our party was recovering from surgery. The hotel was very attentive to our needs - would highly recommend the YVR Westin."
