"The location on the Steveston waterfront was terrific. A 5+++ on a scale of 5. The room was a little cramped but with stove, fridge, microwave. kitchen sink, dishwasher and laundry washer and dryer worth the inconvenience as we had a studio. Parking was free and close to the unit. The negative is the check in and essentially no staff. The check-in was very difficult for a senior person with limited computer skills. It was a virtual check-in with ID, credit card and other things done by the iPhone. I was frustrated and unsuccessful. When I arrived, the cleaning staff was able to find the person to help us check in. Now that I know the check-in routine, I would definitely return if in Vancouver again. However, it would be convenient if a check-in person was available full-time."
