"The hotel is lovely abs the room spacious however on arrival I went up to my room to find the aircon not working. I called down to reception to be told the,aircon in the hotel had s problem and fans were placed in my room, this was not told to me prior to arrival or on check in. The issues with the fans: were 1 fan blew warm air, the other was so loud I had to sleep with a noise cancelling headset on! Such a shame I stay at the cube frequently for work but will not book again. If aircon diesnt work guests should be emailed and given the option to cancel with a full refund. Disappointing"
