Very clean, with brand new mattresses! All amenities provided, reverse cycle heating/AC, fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, TV. All linen, towels, soap, shampoos provided. Gorgeous wrap around verandah, 3 car spaces, walking trails, local restaurant, cafe, milk bar, famous Tides fish ‘n chip shop. 6km drive to Cowes.

A great place to unwind, very quiet and close to the beach! A very pleasant place to stay if you want to get away from it all and enjoy tranquil beachside surroundings!

Absolutely love it

We had a fantastic time at this place! The environment and surroundings were wonderful, providing a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring the beautiful surroundings, we found plenty to do and see. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Group of 4 mates

Listing said sleeps 6, but there were 3 double beds and one sofa bed. No bedding (sheets) were supplied for the sofa bed, so for 4 mates travelling to watch motor racing it wasn’t ideal, but sorted it ourselves. Enjoyed the house though and a very good base for the Philip Island circuit and a look around the peninsula. Would use it again provided bedding was sorted.

Great little spot..

Great property .10 minute drive to everything. Only thing is 2 out of 3 beds were rock solid to sleep on... apart from that. Super happy thank you
