"We really enjoyed the farm house. The house itself brought us to a place back in time and fit the surroundings beautifully. Ian is simply a good guy and shared his family stories with my family including his grandparents and his experience as a kid growing up there. Memories will include the tomatoes from the farm and the magnificent stars."

"Great location to walk down to Goosewing Beach, walk over to Wishing Stone farm stand explore parts of Little Compton, Tiverton, Westport, So. Dartmouth, MA Middletown/Newport area. Good views of the ocean big backyard for playing games hanging out. Grilled at home several eves the round table fit our party well. Thank you! "

"The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place."
"Overall, this place was wonderful. Having the cottages close by were very convenient. We had a great time. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog to run. We did feel that when we were outside, there was not much outdoor furniture even after bringing the chairs from each cottage. A few tables and some more folding chairs could make it even nicer. The outside tables and chairs and other were not clean. "

"We had a super July 4th long weekend with our family of 8. Pictures are accurate, fabulous fenced in yard and excellent host response! 6 min from Sachuest beach and 12min from downtown Newport. Sweet Berry Farms and Custom House coffee are must!"

"This historic property is delightful in every way. The apartment itself is in pristine condition, has artistic touches and a minimalist feel. I especially liked the gleaming, wide board pine floors and many windows. The bed and other furnishings are very comfortable. The owners are close by, kind and full of helpful tips. The bookstore downstairs was an initial attraction and is truly a treat for the serious reader. Both a cafe and grille are right across the street. We stayed two nights for a wedding in Middletown (near Newport). The easy 23 minute drive over and back was worth the extra travel time over a property closer to the wedding venue as this space is very special. "
