"It is a simple motel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It looks like recently remodeled. Very comfortable. The neighborhood looks good and it is across the street from a school. Easy to get onto highways"

My two small suggestions would be to have some coffee creamer pods for the Keurig, and to have a shower curtain or some way to corral water from the walk-in shower. "
