"We stayed here because of its location being near the Pasadena convention center. We were so impressed by how welcoming the staff was. They presented us with water bottles at check in and let us know all about our amenities right away, including the complimentary breakfast. The onsite restaurant and close by restaurant made it easy to find a place to eat for lunch and dinner. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved that you needed a key to access the floors in the hotel for added security. Great stay!"
