"Hotel is wonderful, clean spacious rooms and nice staff. Would definitely stay there again . Very close to time square so convenient. Only complaint would be the wait to check in , the line was almost a hour long at 4pm. And the security guy was very rude to all of us and more than once during our stay . "

"My room had a mild odor and there were a few gnats. While we were in the room, the front desk accidentally assigned it to another guest, who walked in on my husband. We were moved to another room, but by then the experience had already turned me off a bit. That said, I do like this hotel overall. It is generally clean and the breakfast is good. Despite the issue we experienced, I would give them another chance if needed."

"The location is absolutely fantastic especially if you’re someone looking to see a lot of broadway productions on your trip. My washroom sink was leaking and the outlet closest to the bed didn’t work. I informed staff who said it would be fixed straight away and neither issues were addressed. The amenities are extremely basic and the suits themselves need to be upgraded. The suits are very dated and poorly kept."
