My husband and I stayed at the Envue for our 28th Anniversary! Along with 6 other couples. What made this stay extra special was the manager named Aquil. We had a concern about our room view and he overheard us and took it upon himself to fix our concern. Really meant a lot to us. To the point that we look forward to staying again. Th staff was great. The place was Clean and close to a lot of great things to do. Aquil even followed up with us later while we ate at the hotel. Cheddi was also very nice she was happy to confirm our stay and go over some questions. Both of their attitudes, professionalism and how they took their job seriously truly made our stayed special, memorable and pleasant. My husband, friends and I truly appreciated all the help and support. Thank you!!

Parking is very inconvenient and expensive. There is no valet which was a surprise for an Autograph collection hotel. The GPS brings you to front of building where parking garage cannot be entered and there are no signs as to where to proceed to enter elsewhere. I entered the hotel at front entrance ( where GPS takes you ) and no one was present. No desk, no employees, nothing. Eventually I found a employee and inquired about where to check in and where to park. This was to no avail as he spoke no English. After calling the hotel I was told I needed to drive around the corner to parking garage and then take elevator from garage to 6th floor to check in. No luggage carts or bellhops in sight to assist. Furthermore every time you exit the garage you are charged $30. So if you leave in morning you pay $30 and then if you go out to dinner same night you will pay another $30. This is exorbitant. Other than that hotel is very clean and nice. The views from the bar area of NYC skyline are awesome. The bartender Danny was a great fellow and was the highlight of our stay.
