"Comfy room, perfect for having a base following days exploring. For where it is located it was quiet in the rooms. Good to have complimentary water and bathroom amenities. It would have been nice to have a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful"

"FLY/NATS IN SHOWERS. HAIR IN “CLEAN TOWELS” Stains on bed sheets. Weird smell coming out shower drain. Rude security guard AND front desk workers. The ONLY convenient thing is the location being in Times Square. Other than that throw it away. And the lobby looks nice, but the rooms are like little jail cells. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a wicked man. OHH and a cleaner opened my door while I was in bed because I didn’t respond to “housekeeping”. ( this was around 9am BEFORE the 12pm checkout time). I’ve NEVER in my life written a review. But this place right here. Nah I want my refund—still waiting for them to respond to my email sent DAYS AGO. Be careful with this catfish place. "

"Worst hotel ever!!! The rooms were run down/small and the furniture was chipped and riddled with cigarette burns. The couches had foreign stains on them. The bathroom had a heavy smoke scent coming from the vent. Shower handle was loose and hard to maneuver. Reception was very rude and unfriendly after voicing such complaints. The Wifi was very slow and buggy but it came with a mandatory $50 charge. If you don’t care about appearance and service this place is perfect for you."

"The location is great, and the price is very reasonable for the area. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were very helpful during check-in. The only downside was a strong odor, likely from the cleaning products—it reminded me of carpet powder my grandmother used before vacuuming. I wish a more neutral-scented sanitizer had been used."

"First time guest. Was there for work, then shifted to vacation mode. Was told that the lobby area was recently renovated and it was a good collaborative space. The stay as a whole was average. Front desk staff was polite. A lot of attitude from others. Beds in the standard double bed room were too small for a couple to share. Mattress was decent. Pillows were too soft. Cleanliness of rooms could be vastly better. Found prior guests' clothes behind one of the beds. Bathrooms and tub are super small. Elevators were being worked on, so they felt sketchy. Restaurant food was not good. Used the "nightly $35 credit" once. Water bottle vouchers came in handy. A bunch of broken equipment in fitness area. I got upsold at check-in for a room on a higher floor an extra $35/night. Booked on Expedia. Good location. Walking distance to Central Park & Times Square. Other landmarks are short train/bus rides. Looking back, I should have switched hotels. "
