"We had a brilliant 5 night stay at this property. John was a very welcoming host, nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated the lovely bottle of wine he gave us on arrival. Close to Margaret River township, it is easy walking distance, which I took advantage of each day. The studio is compact, but is well appointed with everything you need. The pool and sauna in particular were great and we made the most of them during our stay. Excellent bbq facilities, as well as being able to cook a proper meal, not just microwave something. Lovely outdoor area to enjoy some peace and quiet on the sun lounger, and we particularly adored the company of cute little Gianni, the chihuahua, who liked to snuggle up on it with me once I was settled with a glass of wine and a book. A really enjoyable stay and we look forward to coming back again. Thank you John and June."

"Close enough to walk into the main strip of Margaret River, but also quiet so you didn't feel like you were in the middle of town. Spacious room, comfy bed, hot shower and heaps of water pressure .... what more do you want! Pancake machine and complimentary brekky was a great way to start the day."

"The receptionist was super friendly & helpful with recommendations! We only had a 1 night stay- 100% recommend visiting Lake Cave (only a 20 min drive away)- its stunning! The hotel was a 3 min drive to the main street for food. The motel was simple but very clean. However the mattress/pillows were not too comfy in our room (no7). We would stay here again."

"Loved the outdoor fireplace and the walks through the paddocks. Pre dawn the kookaburras start, then the honeyeaters and the blue fairy wrens. Last and well past sun up, the lazy crows loud and seeking all the attention."

"Really good! They were able to accomodate my husband perfectly after an accident. The propertly was quite loud late at night with loud guests outside of our childrens window from 7pm."

"The Accommodation was perfect for our family of 8. Facilities were good, although the weather wasn't warm enough for us to use the pool. Bedrooms and kitchen were good. Check in was easy and the location and outlook very good. Our only concern was that for some reason we were unable to get much hot water for showers."
