"The kitchen was very well equipped, The house actually could handle more than 6 people as there is a cot and foldout sleeper chair. Plenty of bath linens pillows, blankets etc.The back yard is delightful - shaded patio with table and chairs, grill, shade trees. Nice landscaping in front. Wonderful birds in the yard in the morning - including a family of quails that paraded on the concrete rear wall. Great deco inside. Can't say enough good things about this property. The location was great for us - we didn't want to be too close to uptown Sedona. We were close to many trails and the Safeway grocery store. "

It’s perfectly located away from the hustle of Sedona proper to enjoy the property’s tranquil garden and close enough to be a short drive to wherever you want to go. "Our host was fantastic! Location was perfect to reach many hiking trails. The home was serene, thoughtfully outfitted and very clean. She is not joking about the wildlife! Javelinas were very entertaining, thousands of birds at the bird feeder, coyotes were around but aloof (we respected them and kept at a distance). The hot tub is great and the sun porch perfect for the afternoons. We cannot say enough good about this place. Loved it!"
