"The owners of this property are more interested in profit rather than upgrading and/or improving their property. The couch in our room had a big sink hole on one side. The second tv didn’t work, and my husband just about fell out of the desk chair. We did not sleep well as the bed was hard and we could not get the room cool enough for our comfort. I needed to use the laundry but the facilities were not available (no water they said). A Motel 6 would probably have been better. Extremely disappointed."

"I will never stay here again. We initially mistook the front desk staff for a homeless person lounging on the lobby couch; he then came around the counter to assist us, only to let out a massive, nauseating belch while checking us in. ​The building is in terrible condition. While it looks like they are preparing for renovations, the state of the rooms is unacceptable. We dealt with stained carpets, walls, and furniture, a broken desk chair, and worst of all, a blood stain on our bed covers. The bathroom was equally problematic, with broken light switches and a sink that leaked everywhere. To top it off, the entire place reeks of cigarettes, sweat, and marijuana, and the 'breakfast' is just a mediocre snack bar. Save your money and stay elsewhere."

"Easy access to slopes, restaurant/bar and nearby bus into town for evening meals out. Enjoyed a spa treatment and a few dips in the outdoor hot tub to ear the muscles. Perfect."
