"Clean accommodations.Close to downtown Salt Lake.Close to grocery stores.Easy to get to other locations.Very friendly host.Easy check in and out.For a winter stay, be aware that your condo gets chilly easily (typical of this era of house), bring sweaters. There are wall heaters in each bedroom and the living area with 4 portable floor heaters, so it's not hard to warm up.We didn't hear the upstairs neighbors, and the only thing below you is the basement/laundry.The washer and dryer are pay (2 thru the app) but we've been told we'll get reimbursed.All in all a pleasant stay!!"

"What a neat little gem in a wonderful neighborhood! It was quiet and we felt very safe. We loved the fenced yard for our dog and the fact that there were a couple of parks nearby to take her for a run. Margaret was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with! "Beautiful home. Well stocked with the essentials. Lots of space for our family of 6. We Used thr apce to stay while we staffed a booth at a local Chriatmas Festival. The garage was nice had it snowed. It's on a busy road, but not bad. Hosts communicate well. House is in good working order and is impeccable. I will stay here again next year for our same market. If you're coming to the area to ski, you'll love this home. Summer would be enchanting too. Thank you hosts. "
