"A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. "Very nice stay for a couple of days. This hotel is on the higher end in comparison to other hotels in the area. However the amenities are great. The have a spa and a fitness center which I used a few times (very clean and up to date). The first floor is attached to a convention center so there is a lot of guests staying at hotel. There are also alot of restaurants attached to hotel. We tried the steak restaurant which was the best meal I had in Hamburg. Would definitely stay at hotel again."

"The hotel itself is great - everything you need for a good price. However, it is in an incredibly rough area of Hamburg & would warn against staying here for any female solo travellers. Felt very unsafe as soon as I left the building even though it was just a 10 min walk to the station."
