"The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful.
The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital.
Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy.
Overall nice area for the location. "

"There is no buffet breakfast, neither was informed to us earlier during check in. Room size was okay. However, pillows had not been changed, they were dirty. Kettle for making tea was dirty. Overall very disappointing stay, my advice book somewhere else. "

The rooms were dirty, bedsheets had stains, the service was poor and the staff were extremely rude. Seemed like they didn't want guests."

"Upon check-in, I discovered that the room provided did not match the photos shown online. Below is a detailed account of the issues I encountered:
1. *Room Cleanliness*: The floor was visibly dirty, with dust and dirt marks throughout the room.
2. *Wall Condition*: The walls showed signs of dampness, and the wallpaper near the bed was covered with mold. I have serious skin sensitivities, and the mold exposure caused me headaches and cold symptoms.
3. *Bedding*: The bedsheet had visible blood...

"We were refused our booking by the hotel as we were not Indian nationals. Nothing mentioned by the hotel when we booked but was turned away in reception. No refund from the hotel and no response from their head office or CEO. DO NOT STAY at any FAB Hotels"

"They were charging very high price on arrival. they asked 1800 for the booking, we booked the hotel in approximately near 800.
They left us no choice we were helpless that time . So the hotel was very bad. And we had very bad experience.

"Fantastic stay. Staff are really amazing and go out of their way. Food is amazing and all freshly made. This was our second stay in 5 months and will definitely return here again. "

There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently.
The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas.
I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price.
The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean.
The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother us even though our room was facing the swimming pool/party area.
I specially want to thank Shyam D. Bell captain and Shivam Bell boy for all the assistance they provided.
Also want to thank the night manager who personally came and fixed our remote control and made us laugh with his witty conversation.
