Mismanagent
It took 1.5 hour and multiple followups to get the luggage in our room on checkin. Electric ketal was not working and had to make multiple call and it was only replaced the following day. Complementary water bottles were missing from the room and many other items from mini bar was missing and later on checkout it was added in the bill as consumed. Not sure if guest need to verify all these paid consumables on check? Room service was pretty slow - 1 hour for tea. Checkout - have to go to the counter to ask for the bell boy to get the luggage for which we called multiple times and waited 30mins and . The mismanagement may be because of rush/wedding season.
