"Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."

The backyard area provides some of north Floridas beautiful azalea plants as well as a covered area to shelter from the fabled Florida showers. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The showers have great water pressure. Host provided clear communication. Will stay again our next visit to see family."

"Teresa at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful. The lobby, hallway and room were clean and had a cheerful atmosphere. The walls are neatly decorated with nostalgia like old vinyl records and hand painted art. This is a very good hotel and I would highly recommend it to travelers."
