Beautiful new / modern hotel. Desk staff were extremely helpful - I arrived early so they held my bags while I explored for the day, and when I came back to officially check in my bags were already in my room waiting for me. They upgraded me which was a lovely treat after a long week traveling in a caravan - it was luxury! Comfy bed & pillow, beautiful bathroom and city/mountain view from my room. Staff were all lovely to deal with. In the heart of the CBD and only minutes walking to the wharfs,...

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. Nothing negative. On arrival the checkin assistant explained all about dining options in the area as well as providing us with helpful information about our planned trip to Bruny Island. The cocktail lounge is great and you can enjoy a pint overlooking the harbour. Pillow options in the room were a special treat.

The room was comfortable and clean with heating and electric blanket for those cold nights. The room provided everything that you would require for a hotel stay. Continental breakfast provided in the morning to save looking for somewhere to eat if you are the type that needs breakfast. The staff are friendly and ready to help in any situation.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with our toddler. The apartment was spacious and immaculate. The hotel happily provided a portacot and highchair free of charge for our stay. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and no request was too much trouble. We would definitely stay there again. Our only slight disappointment was the kitchen supplies - we cooked in a few times and found we needed more saucepans and sharper knives than were provided. That said, we'd definitely stay there again as it...

This is a beautiful boutique hotel on Elizabeth Pier in Hobart. It is a superb location and close to all the tourist spots so great for exloring Hobart on foot. The staff are very friendly and helpful even during a fire evacuation. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were welcomed warmly and made to feel thoroughly at home throughout our entire 3 night stay. We were thrilled with the generous continental breakfast, including lots of fresh fruit and even hard boiled eggs and tomato juice included in the jugs of fruit juices. We were impressed!

A 20 min walk to Hobart and Salamanca. Next to a liquor store. Within walking distance or 3 min drive to shops and eateries. Rooms good, clean and staff very nice. The receptionists were also great in giving tips and info.

We stayed in a harbour-facing family suite for one week. It was a thoroughly relaxing and comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel that combined classiness with a bit of old-world charm. Spacious rooms, gorgeous view, lovely quiet location, and an easy walk to Salamanca Place as well as the awesome eateries on Hampden Road. Most importantly, Lenna provided free on-site parking. Would definitely stay again!

We flew down to Hobart for a few days and wanted somewhere where we could walk and enjoy the town. The Customs House Hotel is ideally located next the the water and provides easy access to the Tourist Information Office, ferries, fine dining restaurants, cafes, Salamanca, and Hobart's historic buildings and architecture. One morning we walked through West Hobart to the Cascades Female Factory then through the park to the Cascade Brewery for lunch. Our room overlooked the wharf and was spacious...

Service from the time you enter until the time you leave is warm and friendly. The old world charm is appealing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The king size bed was perfect for a good nights sleep. City noises could not be avoided on one of zhobarts main streets. The bell tolling across the street adds another delightful dimension.
A good Continental Breakfast was included in accommodation price and cooked breakfasts were available for a small fee.
Having a cosy bar onsite with comfy...

Great place to stay in Hobart. Walking distance to city and places of interest. The car stacker is amazing and easy to use and the staff really helpful and cheerful. We stayed in the Loft apartment and was serviced every day with fresh linen etc as well as being self contained and able to cook a meal if required and launder clothes etc. Exceptionally clean and fresh and new. Had a wonderful time. Beautifully appointed and highly recommend.
