"Very odd encounter when checking in with rude staff, the room was fine but far too hot at 24 degrees which you cannot change. Advice is to open a window which only results in traffic noise. Everything else was fine. "

"Hotel great, breakfast wonderful. Staff super. Only thing I would mention was bed headboard a bit worn, not sure where to plug kettle in ans plugs under room desk and the heating was cold (two nights we stayed it was cold overnight). Minor issues for our stay but noticeable. "
