The whole hotel was a dream, I’ve stayed before but my girlfriend hasn’t and wanted her to sample the skyline bar. We didn’t have a booking but the staff squeezed us in and made us feel welcome. Thanks again.

Was upgraded. Nice room with views. Reception staff very friendly. Shame restaurant was closed and wasn’t aware. Service in rooftop bar very slow. Only one towel in room . Went to get more. Could do with adding biscuits in room and water and minibar drinks and snacks . Otherwise lovely stay.

Staff were extremely helpful. Bed was very comfortable with a good shower; however, shower tray made a terrible noise when standing on it - might have been cracked. Lovely breakfast with a plentiful choice.
