What a great hotel, in the heart of Glasgow! Our room on the third floor was both spacious and cozy, and we loved it. Parking was super convenient, literally kitty-corner across the street in a big garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, great stay and super helpful staff. Housekeeping was only once every 3 days, if you wanted it more frequently there was a charge. That was a little annoying to be honest. The hotel is in a quiet part of Glasgow but it is still very close to restaurants and transportation - nothing is more than a 10-15 walk which was very convenient. If you’re in Glasgow, I’d recommend this hotel.

The room is a good size. I appreciated that there was a mini fridge and a microwave amongst other things. Loved the shower, though I do think the glass partition was too small for the type of shower head it uses (has both rainfall and handheld). Having a window was almost pointless, except for some sunlight. The bottom part was frosted so I couldn’t people watch, and in my room I believe I faced the alley with the building across under construction so looking up wasn’t nice either. They have staff in reception 24 hours which is really nice and they were friendly and helpful. Bed was decently comfortable.

This was a new to us location. The rooms were spacious, having a small kitchen was an unexpected treat. Very nice inside and out. Very close to Queen Street station and walkable to all of city center. Would definitely stay again!

The central location near the train andbus stations is great. The rooms are nice and spacious. All staff was very helpful. The breakfast choice is limited. In my room not all light switches worked. The receptionist suggested to switch off the remaining lights by turning the fuse off, which would have left me completely in the dark during the night. I ended up taping the light switches of the small lights near my bed off, which was sufficient. Later I discovered that by using the light switches in the hall off and not the one next to your bed, I would have succeeded as well.
