"Our room was nicely appointed and quiet. The coffee shop was gone, but the upgraded coffee machine in the lobby was a nice replacement. I hate to complain, but the beds were not very comfortable and the pillow were very lumpy - we had some trouble sleeping. Also, vacuuming the lobby in the morning around people sitting in the chairs and sofas was not very considerate, seems this could be done earlier, when there are no people having coffee and relaxing in the lobby. We were told we could split the bill when I called ahead of our visit, then we were told we could not do so when we arrived - awkward. The rooftop patio was enjoyable, and the staff was helpful and friendly."

"I like staying at this hotel when I fly out of SeaTac airport. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can walk to the Hawaiian L&L restaurant, ( my favorite). The hotel is clean and the shuttle service is excellent. "
