My family enjoyed our stay at this property immensely! The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast buffet is diverse and offers both eastern and western cuisine, and the photo shoot included with room was phenomenal! We recommend this property without reservation!

The property is well located in central Pudong. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The mall with a grocery store is below you, as is the subway. These are not really hotel rooms. They are serviced apartments. Modern and beautifully decorated. My main concern is the front desk which appeared to be overwhelmed with the inquiries of both “hotel” guests and longer term residents. It was a long wait checking in and out. Secondly, the property’s layout is very confusing. A series of hallways, doors and escalators to get to the mall below you and seemingly no straight forward route to get to the strip of restaurants outside that are nearby. It takes two elevators to get to your room. You will eventually figure it all out - by checkout time! Leave breadcrumbs.

Very good experience overall stayed in this lovely hotel. Exceptional service from every staff . reception and restaurants . Rooms are located on 53 floor giving us fabulous view of the riverfront surrounding. But i prefer this new west bund location with cleaness and new riverside mall. I will look forward to another stay early next year.
