I have to say we have travelled to many places over the years and this is the nicest hotel room we have ever had.
It appeared to have everything you could need and comfort as well. The staff were lovely, shout out to Kevin who assisted me with a payment issue. This Hotel Is attached to the Star, with light rail underneath and is also only a short walk to Pyrmont Bay ferry. I definitely intend to stay here again :)

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. It was only by accident that I booked the Novotel on Darling Square however I’m so glad I did. The Hotel was fantastic and staff accomodated my needs without hesitation. The room was spacious for three adults and very clean and comfortable. The location was so central to Sydney CBD and within walking distance to the trams. I will definitely be returning to this particular hotel in the future. I would totally recommend the Novotel on Darling Square.
