"Excellent hotel and service. We had a suite and it was an amazing room. The service in all seared was excellent, especially at check in with a warm welcome. Food was excellent and the pool was the perfect space to unwind. We are back in a few days to end our Bali trip, would consider a full trip here next time"

"The hotel entrance is very grand and beautiful. Check-in was smooth and fast, the reception staffs were very attentive and asked if we had any food allergy. The room was very clean, bedsheet and towels are very white and clean. The room service comes twice per day to makeup room. The minibar items are all free and there are a lot of fruits on the table. Room makeup made cute decorated towels. Room is very big and comfortable. I like it that the shower, bath tub, toilet, washing and makeup area are all separate spaces. In-room dining is delicious. Breakfast is nice with wide selection and nice view of the ocean. Swimming pool water is warm, so comfortable, we don't feel cold when swimming. It is accessible to the beach. Very near to Icon Bali shopping centre. It is a veryyyyyy relax and comfortable stay, will definitely go back!"

"Hotel is average in terms of presentation, quality, and service. Would rate as a good 3 star hotel, but definitely not a 4 star. Staff were not overly helpful, although restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Rooms were not ready at check in time, leaving us waiting a further hour in the lobby. Would not stay here again. Was a little on the expensive side, so was expecting a little more. Restaurant breakfast was good and location is handy."

"One of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed in. Our King Deluxe room was perfectly positioned in the centre of the resort with a bonus glimpse of the ocean. Room was well appointed with a balcony, comfy daybeds, a nice bathtub and free minibar excl alch. Breakfast is outstanding, very supportive of this concept as it illuminates the food wastage you otherwise see at high-end buffets. We stayed for 7-nights and still didn’t get to try everything. The spa facilities were also excellent. I’m sure they are more expensive than elsewhere but relatively cheap compared to equivalent quality in my home country (NZ). The main pool is huge and there were plenty of loungers for everybody. Still a few guests that felt the need to reserve loungers/cabanas several hours ahead of any intent of using them - but some people can’t be helped! The aqua-arobics at the pool each morning were a little intrusive but there is also a very nice “quiet” pool you can retreat to. Other dining option onsite were great and plentiful, as was the poolside service. No real need to leave the resort and we barely did. Thank you, highly recommend."

"Our overall experience was a 10/10!! The staff was incredible. They were welcoming, helpful, and extremely hospitable. The food was delicious. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. The open air dining was romantic and quiet. Perfect for my wife and I. The gym is one of the best ones that I have had the pleasure of working out in. Most hotels have a cardio section and dumbells. Samata has that, PLUS a squat rack, a smith machine, leg press machine, cable machines, and... a boxing/kickboxing area!!! Awesome! We chose to have a spa day that included a 60 minute massage and a coffee body scrub. This was MY first experience doing anything like this, and I have to tell you that they set the bar super high! It such a relaxing experience and the coffee scrub left our skin feeling so smooth. My wife and I are already planning to come back to Bali with our kids and when we do, we will definitely be booking our stay here again."
