"Overall I had a great stay. The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind for the most part. The one restaurant Davino was my least favorite due to poor service but the food was good. I was a solo traveler and they kind of sat me off to the side in the back. They forgot about me and never came to close out the check, after asking several times, I had to just leave. It was all inclusive so they just missed out on a tip. The spa was nice but the hydrotherapy was under maintenance so it was closed majority of my stay. I was able to use it one day and it was nice. The activity staff was awesome! Alfredo and his team did a great job with bingo, painting, and the walking tour to el meco. Over all great stay and Reuben was a great server at the pool!"

The kind of person who reads the table perfectly and makes the experience feel personal. By the pool, Elvis was incredible. He is out there all day in the sun, moving constantly, checking in on guests, delivering drinks, keeping things flowing, and somehow doing it"

"The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list."
