"Overall property was well kept and maintained. Victor, our butler was excellent and provided invaluable service during our stay. Staff at restaurants across the board were a little slow filling glasses with water when you sat down, taking drink orders, and bringing refills. The exceptions to this were Christian running drinks at the family select pools, Jose Luis at the swim up bar at family select, and Willman at el dorado steakhouse. They were all amazing. The pizza lunch spot at family select pools had great pizza but they were overwhelmed. Typical wait time for a pizza during our stay was 1-2 hours."

"El hotel nos encantó, sus piscinas y toboganes son espectaculares. Viamela nos dio una buena bienvenida y despedida. Esperanza nos mantuvo el cuarto limpio y organizado. En cuanto a los restaurantes, estos no abren todos los días, solo puede coger un espacio una cantidad limitada de personas, reservando desde bien temprano el día antes. Estos restaurantes tienen un menú bien limitado aunque el Brasileño nos gustó bastante. El personal en general fue amable pero algunos no fueron atentos. Por lo general, en el buffet y en el sport bar faltaban los cubiertos suficientes, la comida la traían mal o simplemente luego de mucha espera decían que no había lo que habíamos ordenado, igualmente las bebidas tardaban bastante en traerlas luego de ya tener la comida. En el buffet no le permiten la entrada a las personas si faltan pocos minutos para las 11:00am. La música en vivo en general no nos llamó la atención. A pesar de esos detalles, pasamos una linda experiencia y volveríamos."

"I just check out from this hotel, and I want let you know my opinions, The food excellent, the staff excellent, the room very clean and they are always on top of you to make sure that everything is ok, the room service amazing, you order something and they come right away, the resort is beautiful and can attract more people if they put mor activities, I tried to book in for others resorts and they were no rooms available and in this resort there were not to many people and for me was very rare because most of the resorts in Punta Cana are completed sold. the negative that I found are the activities they need to add more, specially in the day time and night. because when the show finish at the theater, there is nothing else to do, then you have to go to sleep or hang out at the bars. they used to have a disco but was closed down.big mistake because if you don't want to go early to sleep you the option to go to the disco."
