What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was neat, tidy & clean. Couldn’t rate the Smith House high enough. If I’m ever back in Langkawi, I will be heading here to stay. 5 Stars!!!

The staff at the Aloft made me feel so welcome when I arrived it changed my trip, right from the beginning to the end, I truly had the best time the staff are all amazing happy & friendly and the location and elevated pool for the stunning Langkawi sunsets made my holiday a perfect one especially as a solo traveller for the first time, I will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday

The property was lovely and very clean. Staff were generally good , security , waiters, drivers and cleaners were great , the front desk staff could improve manners and communication.

Fabulous place to stay. The staff were all fantastic, welcoming, polite and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the amenities topped up and the room was always spotless after they had been. Was a central location. Shuttle service was excellent. Driver helped with luggage. Pool area, grounds, restaurant and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very clean, tidy, tables cleared quickly. Variety of food was amazing!! A real stand out. Pool was clean, including toilets always clean.

we found ths hotel met all our requirements while we sight saw around langkowi. We liked that it was near shops and restuarants but out of the really busyness of the busyest holidays crowds. The views from the rooms is pleasant ocean veiws and the service was excellent. breakfasts were included and one of the best range of food to meet all requirements. not a large restuarant menu but plenty of eaterys near by to try. the day spa has a happy hour and while more expensive than out on the street...

Staff waa very welcoming and friendly. Very nice hotel and the room was very clean and comfortable. Overall will stay there again.

Recently refurbished two new swimming pools, refurbished rooms, clean throughout the resort, excellent value for money.

Wonderful friendly staff. Perfect for a relaxing few days. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Seaview suite was very spacious and comfortable.

We were warmly greeted by staff on arrival plus received both arrival massage and drink (which was quite good). Definitely felt welcomed and on holiday the moment we step foot into the hotel. Staff was continually accommodating throughout our stay. Daily breakfast was great. All in all we had a wonderful 5 star experience.

This hotel is run very efficiently and is located right next to the beach with an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and everything worked. Air conditioning was quiet and could be adjusted to whatever temperature you prefer. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Daily housekeeping with drinking water provided. Private balcony not shared with other guests or overlooked by other rooms. Lift takes you to your room.

This is a very nice, affordable hotel 10 minutes walk (or 4 RM grab) to Cenang beach. Staff are very helpful and beds were very comfortable (firm mattress which I love). Nice spacious bathroom with rainwater shower head. There’s a pool in the courtyard to have a swim and chill after a big day in the sun. There are some friendly cats around the hotel which I found cute. The buffet breakfast is reasonable with traditional Malay and western options, or the kitchen can cook you up something simple...

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, quiet with great facilities. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and well maintained. Parts of the hotel is undergoing refurbishments at the moment but this didnt inconvenience stay other than a couple of diversions. Location is magical with spectacular views and is close enough to various attractions on the islands for easy access.
