What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was neat, tidy & clean. Couldn’t rate the Smith House high enough. If I’m ever back in Langkawi, I will be heading here to stay. 5 Stars!!!

The staff at the Aloft made me feel so welcome when I arrived it changed my trip, right from the beginning to the end, I truly had the best time the staff are all amazing happy & friendly and the location and elevated pool for the stunning Langkawi sunsets made my holiday a perfect one especially as a solo traveller for the first time, I will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday

The property was lovely and very clean. Staff were generally good , security , waiters, drivers and cleaners were great , the front desk staff could improve manners and communication.

Fabulous place to stay. The staff were all fantastic, welcoming, polite and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the amenities topped up and the room was always spotless after they had been. Recently refurbished two new swimming pools, refurbished rooms, clean throughout the resort, excellent value for money.

Was a central location. Shuttle service was excellent. Driver helped with luggage. Pool area, grounds, restaurant and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very clean, tidy, tables cleared quickly. Variety of food was amazing!! A real stand out. Pool was clean, including toilets always clean.

We were warmly greeted by staff on arrival plus received both arrival massage and drink (which was quite good). Definitely felt welcomed and on holiday the moment we step foot into the hotel. Staff was continually accommodating throughout our stay. Daily breakfast was great. All in all we had a wonderful 5 star experience.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, quiet with great facilities. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and well maintained. Parts of the hotel is undergoing refurbishments at the moment but this didnt inconvenience stay other than a couple of diversions. Location is magical with spectacular views and is close enough to various attractions on the islands for easy access. Wonderful friendly staff. Perfect for a relaxing few days. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Seaview suite was very spacious and comfortable.

we found ths hotel met all our requirements while we sight saw around langkowi. We liked that it was near shops and restuarants but out of the really busyness of the busyest holidays crowds. The views from the rooms is pleasant ocean veiws and the service was excellent. breakfasts were included and one of the best range of food to meet all requirements. not a large restuarant menu but plenty of eaterys near by to try. the day spa has a happy hour and while more expensive than out on the street...

The whole experience was amazing. The staff cant do enough for you! Very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was a little expensive in the resort, but i suppose thats to be expected. A can of drink from the mini bar was 18 ringett and the shop down the road sold them for 1.70. However i will be going back there for sure! Great holiday.

Very impressive experiences in Ambong Ambong. It is a very special hotel on a hill, small but comfortable. We lived in room s3, the one on top, with great ocean view. Every morning, we were waken up either by thoes fighting monkeys on roof top of our room, or by the shower rain hotting the roof top. It is a kind of feel that is far away from big modern cities, relaxable. The staffs there are very nice and helpful. I would like to thank them again here.
