We showed them the photocopy of the reservation, they were not satisfied and demanded that I show them the original email (on my mobile phone) and that I call my tour operator, which I did. "Decent hotel but weak air conditioning, noisy and wifi not working in bedroom. Too many issues for a room priced over €80 per night."

"The room was a bit small but they did manage to give us 2 beds which were comfortable. The location was good for the gate de Lyon train station"

"The room itself and the staff are fabulous. Getting into the building is another thing. Who wants to stand outside flagging around with their phone and trying to scan QR codes and fill in more forms? I will stay again but email for the access code in advance. If not for this, I would have awarded five stars."
