"The room was quite incredibly clean. My only, mild, issue is my "window" was a permanently covered opening to a construction area where they were building a new room. It was noisy with the workers' conversation and radio the first day. The second day they poured concrete and stopped work to let it dry, and after that was the weekend. Staff were great. There was a temporary hot water problem the last day and breakfast was free. If you arrive after dark at the Montpellier St-Roch station the hotel can be hard to spot. Go downstairs in the station where the Starbucks is, and it's right across the street next to a McDonald's."

"Hotel is in a great location. 5 mins walk from the train station and walkable to all the sights. The room was spotless with nice toiletries and coffee machine. Cleaning was done daily and all staff were friendly and helpful. The outdoor garden is lovely although the pool didn't look very clean so I wouldn't use it. Highly recommend and I will stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to beautiful Montpellier "

"L’hôtel est bien placé , l'accueil sympathique MAIS on n'a pas répondu à mon mail à propos du parking et la chambre manque cruellement d'entretien : bouilloire sale, cendres de cigarettes sur le bord de la fenêtre, bac à douche fendu et non réparé, vis de l'ancien dérouleur de papier toilette non bouchées et le pire de tout : les lampes de chevet sont très mal placées ! Résultats on se cogne à chaque fois qu'on veut s'appuyer à la tête de lit. Ca c'est le plus embêtant , c'est un vrai défaut de conception et de prise en compte de l'usage. Dommage ."

"The room had everything I needed it was good that there was a fridge & complimentary bottled water. I was pleased there was a bath as well as shower. Room cleaned every day and when I got back it was immaculate. Breakfast excellent. Wide choice of hot and cold food it was delicious. Used the restaurant a couple of times on an evening and it was a good standard especially the asparagus starter! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Short walk to the tramway it was a perfect base for exploring Montpellier. Highly recommended."

"This is supposedly a four star hotel. Our three star Odalys (same chain) in Aix-en-Provence was better. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were stained, large paint chip the size of your fist was missing from the window sill. Walls were scuffed here and there. Comes with a single shower towel. (Getting a second required a phone call and then a visit to the front desk)."
