Parking was very bad there is no parking assigned to the Hotel, and the price for a small pet dog of 20€ per night (not per stay) was very much over-priced compared to other French & Spanish hotels
This is a nice hotel with some character and super friendly staff. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were adequate but not great. Bathroom very spacious, clean, and well lit. Air conditioning was welcome on a hot June day but don’t expect it to get the room really cold.
Location is perfect. Right on edge of historic center. 4 restaurants literally within 30 sec. Walk. Bus stop is right there as well.
Staff is very helpful and speaks plenty of English if needed. Recommended.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Not great, but not terrible
Hotel is in a nice position. Free parking opposite in car but but you will have to wash the car afterwards!
The hotel itself is fairly basic and is not in the best condition. Could do with a revamp. Lady on reception was friendly. Communication was quite poor. Left something behind, contacted them, no response whatsoever
This hotel is very centrally located to visiting Pezenas and you can easily walk anywhere you would like to go. Parking can be a challenge as free parking is very difficult to find close to the hotel unless you are very lucky. I do not like the bed I had on my last stay, very very firm and I like firm.
Three-night stay for a wedding in the area. Excellent location, historical building, updated / clean rooms, really comfy bed, and fabulous continental breakfast. You make your own fresh-squeezed orange juice; hope they keep that feature!!!
Highly recommended!

The building itself is most interesting
This is an extremely old hotel and therefore quirky. I rather loved it. Probably wouldn’t suit anyone with a wheelchair as the lift is extreme small but okay for our group.
Breakfast was lovely but we had a grumpy waitress. She took our tea/ coffee choices and brought then to our table. We then waited at least half an hour and realised we were probably meant to serve ourself the croissant . We were wrong- when my husband went to the breakfast buffet to get our croissants- grumpy waitress then stopped chatting to her friends and said ‘you haven’t paid for that!’ Wevexplained we just wanted our croissant and had been waiting over half an hour and she was not happy!
The staff on reception on the other hand could not have been more helpful- they were delightful.
Hotel was closed when we arrived at 9pm and they had a paper on the door to call.a number they tell me to open with a code the door and everything was dark.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Our room was nice and we had no issues with the actual property. My only criticism is that the staff were not that helpful. Unless you have a rental car it’s difficult to get anywhere. We had friends staying at a different hotel close by and the staff there were amazing at getting taxis for the guests. They barely tried during our stay and we only were able to get a ride to our rental car on our last day because a staff member asked someone they knew who over charged us by almost double (70 euros to drive 20 minutes). Actual room and building is nice and clean, but the service was not good.
Tres bons souvenirs et tres belle chambre. Un service au top malgre mes demandes particulières. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j y reviendrais avec plaisirs
