"I would say this feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The best part is its central location in Old San Juan. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for restaurants and parking lots. The complimentary drinks at the bar and rooftop are nice perks. The lobby is nice. However, our room was disappointing and left much to be desired. It was interior (standard) room so it’s only windows opened into the hallway. The room was dark with yellow, flickering lights. The mini fridge sits directly on the floor. The towels were very worn and a discomforting grayish color. The floors felt and looked unclean. The rooftop views were lovely but the seating felt half hazard and in disrepair. There were leaks in the hallways. I think this hotel has a lot of potential but would benefit from some updates and cleaning."

"Everyone on staff is polite and friendly- whoever does the hiring for these people is spot on! Last year I stayed in a nice hotel in Isla Verde but I missed the Marriott Stelaris (where I had stayed around 8 or 9 times). So I came back this year and was very happy to be there. Superior service."

"We had a pleasant one night stay at this hotel before catching an early flight. It was easy to check in, secure parking next door, and room was quiet and very spacious. Like others, we experienced low pressure and very little hot water. Easy walk to Old San Juan and at the right price point. "
