We loved this property. It was clean and very secure. The pools were clean and empty/non crowded. All the staff were pleasant and helpful with anything we needed. We picked the room with the hot tub and it was clean and very warm. It was the perfect long weekend.

The staff in general is very attentive, always looking out for any needs. Hector was always attentive to us and our needs. It is very central, for those who want to be on the beach yet still close, with many restaurants and bars. Accessible and a very pleasant atmosphere.

Super helpful staff. The property had a room where we could store our stuff prior to checking in. The single washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor was a welcome amenity; our flight had been cancelled and we were out of clean clothes. The two rooms were clean and the unit had a small kitchen. We loved the very short walk to the beach and the numerous great restaurants. The pull-out couch bed in the living room was somewhat uncomfortable, but it let us sleep up to 6 in the two-room unit.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room felt just like our apartment back in New York, which made it extra comfortable. Staff and cleanliness were great. The only thing we noticed was a a lot of humidity in the room and the clothes felt wet most time.

The whole family had a great time. Excellent accommodations. Welcoming service and attentions. We loved the apartment space, the patio with wonderful views of Condado and the whirpool! Nice pool too. Everything is walking distance; restaurants, farmacy, hotel lobbys, casino, entertainment, and the beach. Umbrella, chairs, and towels included. We plan to come back.

The absolute best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful... Especially the manager Anthony. The parking situation was a mess. The parking lot was small and congested that getting in and out was a process. The room was small but cute and clean. The area although filled with constriction was still great. Walkable to the beach and the hotel provided towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. There is also restaurants and bars all around the hotel. I would highly recommend this place

3 star at best. Great location, parking garage but the space is so tight its a nighmare especially if mutiple guest part there. Pool is terrible, no entertainment. Beach access across the street thats a plus. Small eating area in the lobby. Check out is at 10 but they dont let you check in until 4 . Would i do it again absolutely not .
