The staff was super helpful. Ignacio booked all of our hiking excursions and made the experience so easy and fluid. "The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived before the normal checking in time. So the gentleman told us the best place for breakfast which we went and agreed with him. When we were back to check in, our luggage was already delivered to our room. We stayed for one night but stored our luggage for 10 days when we went to Paine Del Torres. We were really grateful for that. When we picked up the luggage we asked for some hot water, the young staff member heated up some water for us. This is a great hotel to stay. It is very close to the shops, restaurants and water front. And most importantly the nicest staff members. "
